'Walk and Talk' Therapy
There are many benefits to walk and talk therapy, both physically and emotionally.
As a client, I will invite you to connect with your senses and focus on what is important in the moment. It is often amazing how nature becomes a co-therapist. For example, the way the trees are moving and how you are feeling can be metaphoric to your current experience in life.
This is a very gentle experience of therapy and you may find that talking whilst walking alongside myself in the outdoors, as opposed to in a room sitting opposite, is more suited to you.
This type of therapy will always begin with an assessment session, currently done online via zoom, where we will explore in more depth your needs and how we will work together.
